Job Details
We are seeking an accomplished Staff Attorney with a focus on Mergers & Acquisitions, specifically asset agreements and deals, to bolster our Corporate Department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in M&A matters, gained at either a nationally or regionally recognized law firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with our experienced legal team on M&A transactions, emphasizing asset agreements and deals.
- Apply your expertise to analyze and draft legal documents with precision.
- Engage in effective communication with clients to understand and address their unique business objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, particularly asset agreements and deals.
- Admission to the bar and in good standing in the jurisdiction of your preferred office location (Dallas, Chicago, or New York City).
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical capabilities with keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a client-focused environment.
