• Guaranteed base $230k/year, then $275-325k/year earning potential after year
• 4-day work week option after year 1

Demographics and Support:

• 15-25 patients per day. Patient panel already in place
• Ages 16 and up only
• No weekends
• Outpatient call only - averaging 2 days per month and every 6th weekend
• Allscripts EMR
• No inpatient or OB in this role

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience as an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician who wants to work in a fast-paced practice and develop their own independent practice
• Someone who will retain the patient panel, works hard, and keeps the patients coming back
• Will consider new grads
