Warranty Coordinator / Automotive Administration

Due to expansion and unprecedented growth, we are in need of a Warranty Administrator to round out our service team.

As a Warranty Administrator, you will work with a world-class dealership providing warranty administrative support. This is a challenging and multi-faceted position working in an automotive dealership. We are looking for a person who has automotive industry experience. Do you have a strong work ethic? Are you detailed oriented, organized, and have advanced computer skills with the ability to multitask?

Warranty Administrator Duties:

  • Process warranty claims and paperwork on a timely basis for each franchise/distributor
  • Reconcile warranty receivables with payments and post on computer
  • Handle rejected claims according to dealership or manufacturer specifications and follow up on outstanding claims
  • Track warranty parts and follow through
  • File and maintain service records
  • Answer phones and greet service customers in a pleasant and professional manner
  • Schedule appointments
  • Provide support to service writers and service management as needed
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Warranty Administrator Qualifications:

  • Computer and data entry skills
  • Process Oriented
  • Fast Paced Quick Learner
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Previous dealership experience is a plus
  • High School Diploma/GED required
