Description
The PM is responsible for:
- Overseeing 2-5 jobs on average at a time
- Regular site visits
- Communicating with the Site Superintendent
- Schedule and material management, etc.
- Understanding and implementing construction principles, techniques and procedures
- Attending weekly project meetings as needed
- Reporting to Director of Operations
Profile
The right PM will have:
- 5+ years of related PM experience working with a Commercial GC
- Experience working as a PM on Healthcare, Commercial, Life science projects (preferred)
- MEP project experience Preferred - Process piping and plumbing projects and heavy mechanical experience (not so much electrical work)
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam
- Construction related Bachelors Degree
