Job Title: Pump Truck Operator
Department: Operations - Acidizing
Location : Williston, ND
Remote Status : Onsite; after hire, must live within 15 minutes of worksite
Schedule: Mon-Fri, on call every other weekend.
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Hourly. "Home every night". Overtime is available and expected.
Monthly BONUSES
Earn up to $120,000 per year
Job Summary Loading, transporting, and applying chemical product to oil wells at customer locations using high pressure pumping equipment.
Certifications/Licenses: Class B CDL with airbrakes required. Must be able to get hazmat and tanker endorsement. Class A CDL with tanker, hazmat, and airbrakes highly preferred.

Essential Duties -
  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections of company vehicle and equipment
  • Properly load and unload trucks
  • Deliver chemicals in a timely manner as scheduled
  • Applies chemical treatments to oil wells per company and customer specifications
  • Accurately complete bills of lading (BOLs) according to company policy
  • Maintain accurate inventory reports according to company policy
  • Maintain driver's logs according to DOT regulations
  • Skillfully and safely operate and maintain high pressure pumping equipment
  • Follow all standard operating procedures
  • Work well independently and as a team
  • Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications
Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED. Candidates with chemical, pumping, and/or truck treating experience will be given preference.
Certifications/Licenses: Class B CDL with airbrakes required. Must be able to get hazmat and tanker endorsement. Class A CDL with tanker, hazmat, and airbrakes highly preferred.
Physical Requirements - Lift and carry up to 100 pounds, tip and move 55-gallon drums, weighing up to 600 pounds with the use of equipment. Must be able to reach, push, pull, and grasp with arms and hands. Will require daily climbing, standing, crouching and/or kneeling, sitting, walking, driving and transitioning in/out of vehicles. Must be able to talk, hear and feel attributes of objects or temperatures by touching with the skin. Required to have the visual acuity to safely and legally operate motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment.
Work Environment - Indoors and outdoors, with exposure to environmental conditions such as extreme winter weather, precipitation and wind. Includes potential exposure to harmful chemicals, dust, odors, fumes, oil and gases. Employee will be subject to road conditions found throughout the region. Noise level is typically moderate, occasionally loud.
Language Skills - Ability to read, interpret and understand documents such as safety rules, safety data sheets (SDS's), operating instructions and procedure manual. English language fluency in reading, writing and speaking.
Computer Skills - Efficiently navigate a web browser, mobile applications, electronic timesheets and programs such as OneNote for recording daily deliveries.
Work Ethic - Be trustworthy, dependable, respectful, and truthful with a commitment to safety and excellent customer service. Follow policies and procedures and take responsibility for your own actions.
