Solutions Architect

Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of technical professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
2. Serve as the escalation point for the technical team, addressing complex issues and providing expert-level support to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Design, develop, and implement comprehensive technology solutions for our clients, including networking, servers, virtualization, email maintenance, and migration.
4. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and business objectives, translating them into effective technical solutions.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance our service offerings.
6. Drive continuous improvement by evaluating existing processes and proposing innovative solutions to optimize performance and customer experience.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience (5+ years) in managing and delivering managed services, preferably in a leadership role.
2. Experience in networking, servers, virtualization, and firewalling technologies.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
5. Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.
6. Self-starter with a passion for learning and staying updated on emerging technologies.
7. Ability to adapt solutions to meet the evolving needs of clients and the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in management or team leadership roles.
2. Industry certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), or VMware Certified Professional (VCP).
3. Familiarity with cloud technologies, such as AWS or Azure.
