As the HEAD BAKERY PRODUCTION MANAGER you are responsible for:

• Overseeing the production planning and execution in this high-volume kitchen
• Leading a team of 60+ bakers
• Develop training and people development programs
• Develop strong working relationship with other aspects of the wholesale, restaurant and retail operations

Great HEAD BAKERY PRODUCTION MANAGER Candidates bring:

• Experience in baking cakes, breads, doughnuts, pastries and desserts
• Experience in training, developing and managing a team of 50+ people
• Experience in production planning, forecasting and execution in a $6+ million revenue business
• Ability to produce consistent high-quality baked goods
• Ability to develop training programs and production processes
• Ability to work, have fun and create a cooperative team culture
