Oracle Senior Consultant - Concord, New Hampshire
Advanced consulting position operating independently without assistance or guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle Health and Continuous Improvement Delivery methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.
Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.
Basic Qualifications
- 5-10 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and customers.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant hire at Oracle Health, you will consult with Oracle Health customers to deliver optimization-based consulting services on the Continuous Improvement Delivery team. Specifically, the Continuous Improvement Delivery specializes in short, data-driven optimization projects. These projects are intended to achieve a measurable outcome as quickly as possible in a way that engages the end-users in the process of delivering Oracle Health's Model Experience. Each optimization project includes an Engagement Owner, Consultant(s), and Data Analyst who play an active role in achieving successful project outcomes.
You will also consult with customers on service line workflow and guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts. You will provide solution oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders, drive customer-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements, and make recommendations to customers to mitigate solution risks and issues. Lastly, you will execute workflow and process improvement strategies, lead customer meetings and events, and drive internal team initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Technical experience with Oracle Health clinical solutions.
- Customer-facing experience.
- Oracle Health Millennium.
Willing to travel up to 15% as needed and work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and customer assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within the scope of the position.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the United States only.
Hiring Range: from $64,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
