THE JOB:
As a Bell Baggage Handler, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.
THE STARTING RATE: $16.446 plus tips
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Work the baggage compound by retrieving bags from the belt systems, placing them into the proper grids based on luggage tag numbers until they are requested
Bring luggage in or out for hotel groups
Maintain a clean work area for guests and staff
Provide excellent customer service consistent with the company's core service standards and brand attributes
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
Six (6) months prior guest service experience
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
Okay with and willing to work outdoors during extreme heat/cold
Experience in a similar resort setting
Demonstrate a positive attitude and outgoing personality
Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills
Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
