This position will be responsible for supporting the development and operation of PSECU's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program as directed by the Director of Risk. Responsibilities include ERM development, risk assessment; managing ERM processes; identifying and developing enterprise-wide risk analytics and reports; implementing ERM-related policies and procedures and facilitating the implementation and integration of risk management principles at all levels of the company.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am -4:00pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm.
This position will be a hybrid model both in person and remote with minimum of onsite expectation of 40% or as needed.
In this position, you will
  • Encourage, drive and promote PSECU's Enterprise Risk Management function as it pertains to the organization's strategic, operational, reporting and compliance risks.
  • Mentor, critique, and support ERM staff in the accomplishments of their duties and responsibilities.
  • Monitor and analyze emerging risks facing PSECU. Analyzes the potential impact and likelihood of emerging risks on PSECU's competitive position, profitability and / or operational effectiveness. Provide recommendations to proactively manage emerging risks.
  • Partner with management and leadership; serve as a risk advisor for developing issues, new projects, and existing control gaps in the business.
  • Act as liaison with insurance adjusters, legal counsel, and underwriters in coordinating all insurance matters.
  • Responsible for ongoing monitoring of PSECU's Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance Management Systems as they pertain to their effective contribution to PSECU's Enterprise Risk Management program.
  • Other duties as assigned.
