**Job Description:**
- Responsible for the delivery of safe patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice.
- Direct and guide patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing care in Telemetry.
- Communicate with physicians about changes in patient clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.
- Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition and/or response to treatment.
- Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality are maintained.
