Solutions Consultant

Profile:

Professional in industrial engineering, finance, economics, business administration, or related careers. With a minimum of 1 year of demonstrable work experience in data management and analysis through data management software and in creating reports to support business decision making. A person with high analytical and numerical capacity, excellent communication skills, great attention to detail, and proactive, passionate, and critical.

Technical requirements:

• English (C1 or native) / Conversational Spanish preferred.
• Experience in project management and planning.
• Knowledge in generating insights and creating benchmarks.
• High analytical and numerical capacity with a strong basis in statistics.
• Use of Office, especially Excel, at an advanced level.

Desirable:

• Interest in Generative AI, XR, and new technologies.
• Use of Python, PowerBI, or SQL.

Soft skills:

• Precision and attention to detail.
• Planning and organization.
• High orientation towards obtaining results.
• Stay up to date with research trends.
• Audience management and Storytelling.
• Proactive, passionate, and critical.

Working conditions:

• Annual compensation: $40,000 to USD 60,000, depending on experience.
• Type of contract: indefinite.
• Workplace: Remote, but willing to travel 20-50%.
• Location: United States or Puerto Rico.
