About the job

As the Digital Marketing Coordinator you will serve as the primary coordinator for all marketing initiatives, including but not limited to social media management, influencer campaigns, content creation, performance tracking, and general marketing support, while assisting with any additional coordinator duties as needed to ensure comprehensive brand growth and engagement across all platforms and channels. You will collaborate closely with a talented cross-functional team and interact directly with senior management and contribute to the team's expansion while developing diverse marketing skills across multiple channels and initiatives.   • Manage and control all FRE social media accounts, responding back to users on all platforms, and engaging with the community.
  • Support the creation of marketing collateral, including digital assets, print materials, and point-of-sale displays.
  • Support event planning and coordination, including trade shows, product launches, and promotional events.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets and services.
  • Maintain and update marketing calendars, project timelines, and other documentation as needed.
  • Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including content creation, list management, and performance tracking.
  • Develop and manage the social media calendar across all platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging content delivery and aligning with Digital and Marketing teams.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee influencer marketing campaigns, including identifying suitable influencers, negotiating partnerships, and tracking campaign performance.
  • Manage influencer gifting programs, including product selection, packaging, shipping, and follow-up communication.
  • Support the development of engaging social media content, including images, videos, and stories, to ensure alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Implement and manage social media advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for brand growth and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure all social media content and influencer partnerships comply with relevant regulations and brand guidelines.
  • Implement social listening tools to gather consumer insights and feedback, using this information to inform marketing strategies and product development.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on consumer products.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels, tactics, and best practices.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and a strong desire to learn and grow.

The pay range for this role is between $24 to $26 an hour.
