About the Role:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Executive Total Rewards to join our team at Walmart. In this role, you will provide crucial support to our Compensation and Management Development Committee of the Board of Directors. Your key responsibilities will include preparing and facilitating the build of discussion and presentation materials for committee meetings, working in executive compensation and handling sensitive data, conducting external research, partnering with our third-party compensation consultant, and collaborating with senior leaders at Walmart.
As a Senior Manager, Executive Total Rewards , you will play a critical role in supporting our Compensation and Management Development Committee of the Board of Directors. Your expertise in executive compensation, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders will contribute to the success of our total rewards programs. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and Facilitate Committee Meetings: You will be responsible for preparing and facilitating the build of discussion and presentation materials for committee meetings. This includes gathering relevant data, analyzing information, and creating comprehensive materials that effectively communicate key points to the committee members.
- Executive Compensation and Sensitive Data: As a Senior Manager, you will work closely with executive compensation and handle sensitive data. You will ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of all compensation-related information, while also providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
- External Research: Conducting external research will be an important aspect of your role. You will stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to executive compensation and total rewards. This research will help inform decision-making and ensure that Walmart remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.
- Partnership with Third-Party Compensation Consultant: You will collaborate with our third-party compensation consultant to ensure alignment and consistency in compensation strategies and programs. This partnership will involve regular communication, data sharing, and joint analysis to optimize our executive total rewards offerings.
- Collaboration with Senior Leaders: As a Senior Manager, you will work closely with senior leaders at Walmart. This includes providing guidance and support on compensation matters, participating in strategic discussions, and contributing to the development of long-term compensation strategies that align with the company's goals.
