BPM Architect / Lead

Job Title: BPM Architect / Lead

Location: Irving, TX

In-Person Interview Required: Interviews can be conducted in Basking Ridge, NJ; Ashburn, VA; or Irving, TX. However, candidates must work exclusively from Irving, TX.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in software development, focusing on workflow tools.
• Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role is preferred.+

Required Skills:

• Core Skills: Strong expertise in jBPM is essential, with Camunda as an acceptable alternative.
• Java Proficiency: Solid understanding of Java programming and its application in workflow solutions.
• Multi-threaded Programming: Experience with multi-threaded programming and microservices architecture.
• Database Knowledge: Proficiency in Oracle.

Secondary Skills:

• Familiarity with ReactJS, Kubernetes, Cassandra, and AWS cloud services is a plus.
