Forward Bank in Marshfield has an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader with a proven track record of digital transformation. The Digital Banking Product Director is a key driver in defining and implementing a forward-thinking digital banking strategy that aligns with Forward's long-term goals and customer-centric mission. This position will oversee short- and long-term digital banking product management plans and implement programs that capitalize on business opportunities to target new and existing customer segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive the digital banking strategy, aligning with Forward's goals, to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.
  • Establish a roadmap for digital products, including mobile and online banking, ensuring the portfolio meets the evolving needs of customers, particularly those in rural and agricultural communities.
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of digital banking tools, ensuring alignment with strategic direction and customer needs.
  • Continuously refine digital experiences based on data-driven insights, improving ease of use, functionality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage advanced analytics and performance metrics to monitor the success of digital banking products, driving continuous improvements and refining digital experiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or related field is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a digital product management or financial services role, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing digital products at scale, with a focus on customer experience and business growth.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate vision into executable plans.
  • Strong project management experience with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication skills and service-oriented mindset.
