Pfizer Futures
If you’re a college student, Pfizer Futures is your chance to gain real-world, impactful work experience for 10-12 weeks during the summer. This U.S. program offers undergraduate Freshman-Seniors, the opportunity to grow and develop into the next Pfizer Colleague.
With opportunities across the Enterprise, Pfizer Futures interns will support their division’s goals and initiatives while building relationships and learning about Pfizer.
The 2025 Pfizer Futures application portal will be open from October 15, 2024, to December 15, 2024.

Responsibilities
Pfizer is a multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology company at the forefront of producing life-saving medicines and vaccines. The Legal Division provides advice and counsel to all areas of the business, as well as enabling functions such as Treasury, PX, and Controllers. Legal role responsibilities may include, (but are not limited to):
- Support the Privacy team in reviewing contracts, conducting privacy assessments, and developing privacy policies to ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Support the Litigation team to review and route summonses and complaints to the assigned teams, assist paralegals with claims handling, and document review/legal research
- Support the Employment Law/Immigration Team with Pfizer’s corporate immigration and employment eligibility verification (I-9 and E-Verify) compliance.
- Assist the Intellectual Property department in preparing charts and data, summarizing scientific articles and patent references, and meeting with researchers to compile facts
- Support the Pricing & Access department with impactful research projects
Minimum Qualifications
- Be immediately authorized to work in the U.S. This Program cannot support applicants who require employer sponsored visas now or in the future.
- Be an undergraduate student enrolled in a full-time university program (an accredited college / university degree program at the time of application)
- Be at least 18 years of age prior to the scheduled start date
- Have at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA as of the most recently completed semester
- Be able to commute to a Pfizer location 4+ days a week. Please note, some lab/manufacturing roles may require additional on-site days
Preferred Qualifications
- Studying applicable degree (Finance, Accounting, Law, Business Management)

The pay rate range provided is a reasonable estimate of the anticipated compensation range for this job at the time of posting. The actual pay rate will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, educational degree obtained, location and/or being pursued and other job-related factors permitted by law.
In addition, this role will be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements.
Pay Rate Range: $26/hr to $29/hr
