Mix Talent has an excellent remote opportunity as an Account Executive with a leading digital therapeutics organization!
Must reside in NYC/NJ, MA or MI geographies.
You will lead customer-facing efforts with target health systems and IDNs, C-suite leaders in these systems, budget line owners in these systems and healthcare providers, leading to a successful commercial launch of exciting product. You will be responsible for the go-to-market strategy, negotiating health system contracts , as needed, and for delivering sales goals and objectives by establishing, growing, and retaining relationships with health system, IDN personnel, and community based health care providers and key influencers leading to awareness, adoption, and advocacy in coordination with other sales representatives.

- Ensure successful physician adoption, identify customer needs, and drive high impact sales interactions in full compliance with relevant regulations
- Analyze, develop, and grow commercial business, achieving sales growth and delivering strong sales results
- Develop business plans that result in achievement of goals consistent with company objectives.
- Develop and obtain significant thought leader support; build strong relationships with external customers
- Manage assigned accounts to ensure alignment with leadership on sales calls, and maximize allocated budget for customer facing expenses
- Develop deep understanding of the type 2 diabetes disease state, the marketplace and key competitors; profile and understand our customers’ business to determine the optimal account management strategy and tactics
Requirements:
- A Bachelor degree in life sciences, biology, business or a related discipline is required. Graduate degree is a plus
- 10+ years in therapeutics sales management, preferably with launch experience in a first-in-class product
- 3-5 years experience in the diabetes and/or cardiometabolic field
- Experience negotiating contracts at the health system / IDN level
- Sales/leadership experience in the diabetes market to include experience calling on endocrinologists
- Working knowledge of sales enablement platforms (e.g. salesforce.com, Veeva, etc.)
