Responsibilities:

1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing a welcoming experience at Big Dave's Cheesesteaks in Charlotte, NC.
2. Exhibit effective leadership and problem-solving skills to contribute to the store's success.
3. Supervise and lead staff members while upholding standards of excellence and cleanliness.
4. Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations smoothly.
5. Supervise the daily store operations, including managing opening and closing procedures.
6. Motivate and guide a team of employees through training and feedback.
7. Address customer complaints promptly and maintain exceptional customer service standards.
8. Efficiently manage inventory levels by ordering stock and reducing waste to boost profitability.
9. Uphold company policies to ensure a safe and productive work environment as an Assistant Store Manager.
