We are seeking an IT Manager who is passionate about leveraging technology to advance ministry work and is committed to the values and mission of Shepherd Church.
Responsibilities include: Managing various IT disciplines including program management, technical support, systems administration, network administration, cybersecurity, and data administration; Overseeing budgetary requirements and lifecycle management of technology solutions to ensure effective use of resources to support ministry goals; Mentoring and developing IT team members and volunteers and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and spiritual growth.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong understanding of IT systems, technologies, and software development processes. Proficient in networking, infrastructure, security, databases, programming languages, and project management methodologies.
