Performance Senior Associate

My client, a quantitative investment manager here in Boston, is looking to hire a Performance Senior Associate to join their Performance team! Quietly known as one of the best asset managers in the world, my client has quadrupled their Assets under Management over the last 10 years, making them one of the most prestigious firms in Boston!

Responsibilities:

1. Complete portfolio investment performance computations
2. Maintain accurate data and produce reporting for prospects, consultants, and clients
3. Design and implement new tools to enhance workflows
4. Develop strong relationships with other departments to add value to the reporting processes

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
2. 3-5 years of experience in the asset management industry
3. CFA or CIPM designation or progress towards is preferred
