Description
The Lismore Hotel a Doubletree by Hilton property is hiring a Hotel Sales Coordinator. You will coordinate with sales to engage with guests in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner. Will oversee all incoming inquiries and forward them to the appropriate Sales Manager for detailing the events.
Responsibilities
• Always maintain a friendly and warm demeanor.
• Closing Group Masters with ready billing.
• Sending out receipts to clients.
• Contract and detail small meetings and events.
• Tracking revenues for private events, including audio-visual.
• Sending out Credit Card Authorization Forms to Clients, as needed.
• Taking inquiry calls, and distributing them to appropriate managers.
• BEO Packets printed and distributed to all outlets.
• Calendar Events are sent out each month.
• Sales Meeting notetaker.
• BEO Meeting notetaker.
• Have concise and consistent communication with clients, FD, and outlets.
• Assist with office organizing.
• Helping all departments as needed in times of need.
Qualifications
• A passion for cleanliness, exceptional work ethic, and dedication.
• Punctual, a team player, and respectful.
• Timely, communicative, accurate, and thorough.
• Well-kempt, respectful, and an effective communicator.
• Proactive and eager to learn.
• Being computer literate and comfortable learning and utilizing new software.
Education/Experience Preferred:
• High school education or equivalent
• 1-3 years in hospitality service position or sales experience
