The Title Express Team Lead will primarily monitor and supervise the team to achieve operational goals. The Team Lead will help the Assistant General Manager with leading, guiding, instructing, and training. The Team Lead should have leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at a higher level.

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for training team members, setting strategy, and monitoring progress.
  2. Responsible for distributing information to team members.
  3. Responsible for auditing, keeping track of, and structuring various tasks, team members, and documents.
  4. Must delegate tasks to individual team members.
  5. Responsible for event conflict resolution where possible.
  6. Evaluating goals and determining how the team will measure success.
  7. Responsible for identifying the team's strengths and weaknesses.
  8. Contributing to the growth of the department through a successful team.
  9. Other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  1. 2 plus years of office customer service experience.
  2. Education: HS degree.
  3. Typing ability: 45 words per minute.
  4. Proficient in basic office equipment and with Microsoft products.
  5. Ability to identify/analyze vehicle title documents within company and State guidelines.
  6. Ability to work closely with State DMV's and Lien Holder entities.
  7. Problem solver.
  8. Ability to multi-task.
  9. Basic 10-key proficiency.
  10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  11. Excellent communication skills -- written and verbal.
  12. Excellent customer service skills and attitude.
  13. Ability to delegate/prioritize workflow.
  14. Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  15. Ability to read/write in English fluently and effectively.
  16. Valid driver's license.
  17. Occasional overtime as needed.
