Role
Reorg is currently looking for a Legal Sales Director to join our dynamic team. The Sales Director will be responsible for bringing in new business in the legal space, with a focus on AmLaw100 & AmLaw200 firms. This full-time position is located in our New York office and will involve frequent travel for client meetings.
Responsibilities
At Reorg, we consider a range of factors in connection with compensation decisions, including experience, skills, location, and our business needs and limitations. As a result, compensation may vary within and across similar roles and positions. Please note that the salary range information below is a good faith estimate for this position and actual compensation for any individual may fall outside this range if warranted by the circumstances applicable to that individual. If we identify a role that would be suitable for a broader range of skills and experience such that we would consider hiring at multiple levels then the range listed below may reflect that breadth.
The salary range estimate for this position is $120,000 - $140,000. This position is also eligible for a monthly commission bonus.
The actual compensation will be at Reorg's sole discretion and will be determined by the aforementioned and other relevant factors.

Responsibilities
- Establish business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Manage all facets of the sales cycle to exceed annual targets including pitching, negotiating, closing and cross selling
- Identify competitive advantages through understanding how current subscribers leverage our products
- Interface with prospects and communicate the value of all Reorg products
- Bachelor's degree; JD preferred
- 5+ years of experience in an enterprise sales role, significant experience selling content/news/intelligence to law firms
- Strong interest in the content sales space with the ability to become an industry expert
- Proven skill in building relationships and business partnerships, strong track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Experience presenting and pitching complex products to senior (partner-level) executives
- Experience with Salesforce
