Job Title: Business Operations Analyst
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Operations Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role is integral to the successful execution of our client’s cloud modernization program, and the ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in business operations logistics, quality assurance, and third-party assessment.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of third-party agreements to ensure complete alignment with our client’s cloud modernization program requirements. This includes identifying any potential gaps and providing strategic recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure that all terms and conditions are clearly defined and in accordance with our client’s stringent security and privacy considerations.
- Review and assess contractual agreements for clarity in project scope, approach, milestones, timeline, and risk escalation procedures. This will involve a meticulous review of all contractual documentation.
- Evaluate the fee structure, invoicing and payment approach, and vendor delivery team structure to ensure optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Assess service level agreements and coverage across the modernization effort and hosting services. This will involve a thorough review of all service level agreements to ensure they meet our client’s high standards.
- Review incident reporting procedures, breach notification protocol, and vendor exit strategy to ensure they align with our client’s stringent requirements.
Skills Required
- A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Business Operations Logistics is preferred.
- A minimum of 4-6 years of Quality Assurance experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of Model Documentation in Data Analytics & Modeling is essential.
- Understanding of Disaster Recovery in IT Infrastructure & Management is crucial.
- A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in third-party assessment is preferred.
