This position, reporting to the CFO, will manage the company’s banking structure, cash positioning, reporting and
forecasting, as well as liaise and manage bank relationships. The position will review and manage capital structures,
including intercompany loans, assist with investment and financing decisions in various jurisdictions, as well as liaise
with the Tax and Legal departments in capital structuring, funding/cash positioning and repatriation matters.
The position will support management of Company’s capital markets transactions, debt compliance and reporting, and
foreign exchange exposures. The position will manage reporting of activities in these areas to internal constituents and
coordinate compliance with audit requirements, as well as quarterly and annual SEC reporting requirements and
compliance.
The Director of Treasury will be responsible for managing the organization's financial assets, including cash flow,
investments and risk management. This role involves providing strategic direction on financial matters, overseeing
treasury operations and ensuring financial stability and growth.

You will work in the office Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely from home on Fridays if you prefer.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the Company’s capital and debt structure. Review and evaluate financing alternatives. Plan, and
prepare issuance of debt including review of any borrowing documentations. Be able to analyze, plan and
execute capital markets transactions to improve the company’s profitability and risk profile. - Serves as liaison between Company and financial institutions regarding treasury matters. Manage relationships
with banks, investment advisors and other financial service providers. - Provide detailed analytical support and variance reporting, including Plan/Forecast to actual variance analyses
for working capital metrics as well as documentation and support for Company’s quarterly and annual financial
reporting requirements. - Lead strategic initiatives, including implementing treasury projects to optimize operational
efficiencies. Implement and manage technology solutions to enhance treasury efficiency and effectiveness. - Management/Board reporting support. Responsible for special projects and any other duties required by the
Chief Financial Officer. - Responsible for working cross-functionally in order to maintain an accurate cash forecast to limit funding costs.
- Own the debt covenant process, including stress testing to identify and action trends timely.
- Lead, analyze, recommend options to improve working capital with a focus on Accounts Receivables and
Accounts Payables. Be Finance's liaison for contract negotiations to ensure appropriate payment terms are
established. - Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, which may include the use of hedging to
manage currency and interest rate risks. - Review and approve invoices for all international treasury related services.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
Equivalent work experience will be considered.
MBA or relevant certification (CFA, CTP) preferred. - Experience in treasury, corporate finance or a related role.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and risk management.
- Ability to work effectively with senior management and external partners.
- 10+ years of experience years of experience.
- 3+ years of management experience managing activities inline with individual contributor level team.

Compensation Range: $140,000 - $170,000/year
Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
