Customer Service Representative

Hubbard Feeds, an Alltech® company, is a recognized leader in the animal feed and nutrition industry, offering a full line of feed and supplements for a variety of species. We take pride in using only high-quality ingredients and manufacturing facilities. We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Billings, MT team.
This position will be responsible for the day-to-day interactions with customers; this may include customer service for multiple plants. Primary duties include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Answer incoming telephone calls and direct calls as needed
• Taking customer orders and coordinate shipment scheduling with dealers in an organized manner and on a timely basis
• Invoicing
• Maintain a good working relationship with dealers/customers and Hubbard plants in order to continue a smooth flow of sale of product, transportation, and dealer/customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Qualified candidates will possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Experience working in an office environment
• Previous experience in an Ag related industry is beneficial
