The Pokémon Company International, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Game Studio for its Bellevue, Washington office.

Job Duties:

1. Oversee and lead the Game Studio including Art, Design, Engineering, and Production for game and mobile application products.
2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define clear visions for game and app designs and to communicate "the big picture", the details, and the nuanced elements needed to bring that vision to life.
3. Review and provide feedback of work from concept to completion to ensure quality, technical specifications, best practices, clear systems, and engaging gameplay.
4. Communicate a clear and compelling vision in a manner that excites and inspires.
5. Effectively collaborate with other disciplines within the Technology organization and across the company.
6. Serve as mentor, leader, and manager for a growing cross-functional team; modeling leadership and performance within the company.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Four years of experience in directing Managers, Directors, Principals, and Senior level talent.
2. Crafting relevant KPI, goals, and objectives for a successful video game.
3. Growing revenue and player engagement across a large portfolio of video games.
4. Leading video game design of moderate to significant scope.
5. Translating business objectives and brand guidelines into actionable strategies for game development.
