This is a Full-Time position with the Department of Social Services. The position is based in Pierre with a starting salary of $78,941 - $89,700 plus generous vacation leave, medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Oversight of the Office of Recoveries and Fraud Investigations, Electronic Benefits Transfer, and Non-Emergency Medical Transportation.
- Supervision of program staff.
- Develop and manage program budget.
- Develop and implement program policies and procedures.
- Communicate and meet program goals and initiatives.
- Stay current on applicable federal and state laws, policies, and rules.
- Write contracts.
- Take initiative to continuously refine and upgrade investigative and administrative skills and knowledge.
