POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced ITSM Support Specialist to join our expanding IT Service Management team, which supports the build and delivery of ITSM solutions. This new team will serve as an extension of our existing GC-R teams. You will have a technical background in Java, Angular, and Spring Boot, with preferred experience in ticketing systems and ServiceNow. Prior experience with T-Mobile is considered a significant advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

ITSM Delivery:

Support the design, build, and delivery of IT Service Management systems.

Technical Expertise:

Java, Angular, and Spring Boot for ITSM solutions development.

Work on the integration of ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems into existing infrastructure.

Perform testing and validation of ITSM functionalities to ensure seamless performance and user satisfaction.

Documentation & Reporting:

Prepare technical documentation and provide regular reports on progress and challenges.

Communicate with team members and partners to ensure delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

3+ years experience in ITSM development, integration, and delivery.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Java, Angular, Spring Boot.

Experience with ticketing and ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow.

Experience with T-Mobile systems is a plus.
