As a Manager , you are key to our business. You are responsible for managing your team along with operational and financial objectives. Your key responsibilities include:

1. Achieving sales goals
2. Developing your employees
3. Maintaining retention
4. Ensuring all systems are efficiently in place

A Manager is required to have:

1. Four or more years in a management or supervisory capacity in a restaurant or the retail/hospitality industry
2. A high school diploma or equivalent
3. Reliable transportation
4. A flexible schedule

This position requires one to lift 30 to 50 pounds and also requires you to use motions that entail:

1. Pushing
2. Pulling
3. Stretching
4. Continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
