Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a high-performing Senior Business Analyst who must have relevant experience in Project Management & Business Analysis working with SDLC projects.

Responsibilities

1. Work independently, driving the process forward with little or no manager guidance.
2. Manage the full cycle of application/tool development projects from gathering requirements, creating User Stories, UI/UX prototyping, understanding technical specifications, BRD creation, implementation, and User training after roll-out.
3. Own the Legal Automation Platform (LeAP), Global Supply Chain Management Deal Workflow Project, Patent Prior Art Archive, Legal Document Management System, etc.
4. Spearhead the project of working with various Cisco Technology BUs associated with Cloud and CyberSecurity for Global Market Access Program.

Qualifications

1. Strong technical knowledge ideally working with JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS, Java, and specifically Oracle Databases.
2. Experience working with UI projects, understanding UX concepts, prototyping, wireframes, etc.
3. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and/or Toad experience.
4. Solid BA capabilities, User Stories, Business Rules/Processes, test cases, change requests, BRDs, gathering requirements, etc.
5. Enough technical strength to understand and explain what users want versus what can be achieved.
6. Prior experience working through the full cycle of a project from design to implementation and support.
7. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are an absolute must.
9. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems (CIS), MIS, Math, Engineering or related field of study.
