Summary:

Interviews incoming resident or representative and enters information required for admission into computer by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities: include the following: (Note: Other duties may be assigned.)

  1. Coordinate the pre/post admission process with all the necessary departments.
  2. Responsible for 4 – month and yearly facility plans.
  3. Participates in Adoptive Manager Program.
  4. Participates in Manager Program.
  5. Maintain positive relationships with all referral sources.
  6. Ongoing in-house education at all levels related to Marketing and Public Relations.
  7. Coordinate and Direct Marketing specific in-house Special Events.
  8. Responsible for development of monthly Marketing Statistics and presentation.
  9. Represent corporation in Community Events as identified.
  10. Provide In-Service Presentations to key referral sources.
  11. Maintain positive relations with key professional sources.
  12. Attends various administrative meetings.

Qualifications:

  1. Must be familiar with HRS Regulations.
  2. Must be computer literate with extensive knowledge of PC Programs, including but not limited to, Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

Education and/or Experience:

High school degree or equivalent is required. Bachelors’ degree preferred or a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in health related field in Admissions/ Marketing.

Language Skills:

Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English. Ability to communicate in foreign language, especially in Spanish, is desirable.

Mathematical Skills:

Able to calculate and gather information for statistical use. Able to work within department’s budget.

Reasoning Ability:

Able to work under pressure and handle multi-task functions, must be able to deal effectively with people, be self-motivated and resourceful.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
