Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver hospitality and brand activation programs that reinforce the Wells Fargo brand, support the DSRI sponsorship strategy, drive business outcomes, and maximize customer impact.
  • Manage the day-to-day event planning lifecycle for sponsored events, conferences, and activations, including program development, registration, ticketing, communications, food & beverage, transportation, gifting, and staffing.
  • Define execution plans and timelines, ensuring on-time and successful delivery of all event components.
  • Ensure compliance with governance and required processes for all sponsorship hospitality assets.
  • Communicate ticket and event availability, managing allocations across business units.
  • Collaborate with the team, Public Affairs, Line of Business partners, Meetings & Events team, and other stakeholders to ensure effective event management.
  • Maintain relationships with sponsored properties, vendors, and external partners.
  • Manage budgets effectively.
  • Develop presentations and documents for leadership independently and collaboratively with team members.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of events, conferences, and activations in achieving business and brand objectives, collecting feedback and reporting findings.
