Senior Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Chicago, IL- 5 day's on-site
Role Type: Direct Hire

Job Duties:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to acquire new customers and drive growth in customer base
  • Manage owned marketing channels such as SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and organic social media to increase brand visibility and attract prospects
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop compelling campaigns and marketing materials that resonate with our target audience
  • Manage external agency relationships; provide overarching strategy and direction
  • Analyze campaign performance and KPIs to optimize tactics and ensure efficient allocation of marketing budget
  • Lead cross-functional efforts to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and overall company goals
  • Stay on top of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation
  • Eager to be a part of a growing business, with an assertive, action-oriented approach to setting and pushing ambitious growth goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 6+ years in a senior marketing role with a focus on customer acquisition and pipeline growth, ideally within the fashion, eCommerce or retail space
  • Strong understanding of paid and owned marketing channels, including hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms and analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive measurable results
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting to drive data-driven decisions
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends
