Job Description

Red Wing Shoe Company is looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll handle a variety of HR tasks to support our organization, including benefits, payroll, and HRIS. You'll work with data entry, ensure compliance, and assist with employee inquiries, helping to keep our HR processes running smoothly.We're looking for someone who is organized, attentive to detail, and ready to take on a variety of HR tasks. If you value accuracy and are comfortable working independently, this role will give you room to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process HR paperwork for hires, terminations, and position changes, ensuring accuracy.
  • Support the benefits system, including everyday tasks and open enrollment setup.
  • Manage the I-9 process, perform audits, and keep us aligned with government regulations.
  • Serve as a primary contact for employee HR inquiries, providing timely and clear responses.
Qualifications

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

  • Associate's degree combined with 1-3 years relevant experience or a bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Highly energized learner.
  • Detail oriented, organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Passion for process improvement.
  • Human Resources experience a plus.
  • UKG Software knowledge a plus.
