Responsibilities: • Follow the strategic plan set by the Sports and Entertainment team • Develop your database and refine communication skills specific to this industry • Proactively generate leads in the Sports and Entertainment real estate market • Ensure prompt follow-up on leads to nurture potential clients • Schedule and manage appointments efficiently • Skillfully close appointments to drive sales in the niche market • Demonstrate strong sales abilities to successfully close deals • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve collective goals Qualifications: • Must possess a valid real estate license or in the process of getting one • Proficient in maintaining effective and clear communication • Demonstrated experience in the sales industry, preferably within the real estate sector, and training will be provided Compensation: $85,000 - $175,000 yearly
