Mortgage Collector

We are looking for a Mortgage Collector responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:

• Handling outbound and inbound calls to gather or clarify information
• Accurately documenting all information about accounts
• Meeting or exceeding all performance goals
• Preparing and/or processing documents (reviewing them for accuracy and completeness; updating information and/or evaluating against policy; comparing elements for consistency or logical relationship, etc.)
• Performing investigative activities, including skip tracing, to evaluate and determine the whereabouts of customers

Specific qualifications for the position include :

• High School diploma or equivalency degree/experience.
• 2+ years of Customer Service experience.
• Prior experience working in a remote environment.
• Must be Bilingual in Spanish/English.
• Experience in billing or collections, responsible for the recovery of outstanding payments, preferably in banking or finance.
• Experience in Salesforce.com or similar CRM.

Pay Rate Range : $17.00 - $18.00 per year
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
