HART Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Circuit Card/ Harness Assembler. This position is in direct support of DoD Projects. Candidates who are mission-oriented, organized, and enjoy a fast-paced team environment, are encouraged to apply for this opportunity.CCA and Harness AssemblersResponsibilitiesAssemble CCA surface mount SMT soldering 0402 and larger components ICs resistors, transistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and sockets and "through hole" components, such as transformersPerform installation, soldering, and inspection operations under microscope and other magnifying devices.Wire Harnessing/Control Box Assembler will be responsible for assembling and wiring harnesses, control boxes, and related components according to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standardsMust maintain a safe and clean working environment through compliance with procedures, policies and regulationsAssemble wire harnesses and control boxes following detailed schematics, diagrams, and blueprintsCut, strip, and terminate wires to specified lengths and connectionsInstall electrical components, such as connectors, switches, and relays, into control boxesConduct visual and functional inspections of completed assemblies to ensure adherence to quality standardsUse various hand and power tools, such as crimpers, soldering irons, and wire strippersPerform testing and troubleshooting of assembled products to ensure proper functionalityCollaborate with engineering and quality control teams to address any assembly or design issuesFollow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environmentContinuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiencyMany tasks include their own work and/or the review of work of others in the departmentAll personnel may be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities from time to time, as neededWork among a team of individuals assembling products for our customersWhere necessary, set up or calibrate equipment, maintain accurate records, prepare reports for identification purposes such as test reports, and move material to and from work areasQualificationsRequired:High School diploma or equivalentAdhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignmentsMeeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and proceduresMust be able to understand written work instructions and schematics for a wide range of products to properly assemble the final productExperience in electrical assembly, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentBasic mathematics skills are requiredAbility to use hand and power tools safely and effectivelyKnowledge of industry standards and safety regulations related to electrical assemblyStrong manual dexterity and attention to detailGood communication skills and ability to work well in a team environmentAbility to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasksProlonged periods of standing, bending, and reaching, up to 8 hours per dayFine motor skills for handling small components and toolsWorks under general supervisionBasic computer skillsEnglish writing skillsUnited States citizenshipEligibility to obtain a DoD security clearanceDesired:Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot electrical issuesProficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, diagrams, and blueprintsProficient and familiarity with standard parts and tools utilized in Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) processesWillingness to work overtime and flexible hours as neededAbility to lift up to 40 poundsJ-STD-001 Solder CertificationESD safe procedures and process orientedThree (3)+ years of direct experienceHART Technologies, Inc. is a AS9100D certified design and build company, providing services and solutions to a variety of DoD customers.
