As a member of our data science team, you will be responsible for data-driven improvements to our natural language processing models. You will work to improve our knowledge creation, management, and delivery technologies.

You will:

1. Clean, annotate, and analyze textual data from both structured and unstructured sources
2. Contribute to the machine learning models powering customer-facing products
3. Participate and present in research discussions around current methods and techniques
4. Work with engineers to implement and deploy model updates to production systems

Position requirements:

1. Demonstrated experience with machine learning methods and techniques
2. Experience with Python
3. Familiarity with data analysis and visualization
4. Experience with algorithms, data structures, and numerical computation
5. Experience with natural language processing
