About The Position:
The Sr. HRM-West, works with the our HR leadership, provides leadership and strategic direction for all human resources matters across the company's West Region, facilitates the implementation of related company initiatives, serves as a coach to sector operational leadership and as a liaison between field human resources functions and company leadership.
The Sr. HRM-West implements human resources (HR) initiatives and best-demonstrated practices in conjunction with line management; collaborates with colleagues across the company to identify, develop, and achieve effective solutions.
Position Requirements:
- US citizenship preferred
- At least 18 years of age
- Bachelor’s degree in an HR-related field, or associate degree and at least 5 years of progressively responsible, related management experience, preferably in HR
- Experience with retention, and recruiting, and CA compliance
- Experience with Employee Labor (Union) Relations
- Multi-state and multi-site experience is a MUST
- Alignment of HR policies with business objectives
- Routine travel to company sites
