Vertical Relevance is looking for a Project Manager to join our team as a full-time employee and work remotely.

As a Project Manager , you will implement Regulatory/Compliance solutions for customer engagements as a team. This role requires strong teamwork, communication, patience, and organizational skills to drive customer success.

  • 10+ years of Project management experience in Banking/Financial services.
  • 2+ years of Management Consulting experience.
  • 5+ years Risk Management, Regulatory, Compliance, MRA, MRIA experience in Retail Banking.
  • 5+ years AML, KYC, BSA experience.
  • Highly skilled in collaborating with project stakeholders to deliver planned outcomes and meet program goals.
  • Required experience with MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel. Reporting experience.
  • Hands-on project management execution experience.
  • Well-versed in industry best practices.
  • Provide core PM support for initiative(s) or functional area(s) and drive execution of projects.
  • Create and manage project plans, drive tasks to successful completion, and hold stakeholders responsible.
  • Drive solutions and decision-making as required to meet program goals.
  • Clearly communicate expectations, project milestones, and delivery dates to stakeholders.
  • Schedule and hold meetings and track progress on action items.
  • Prepare PM/PMO deliverables.
  • Identify and track dependencies, issues, and risks, and escalate as needed.
  • Develop status reports and presentation materials as needed.
  • Foster an environment that focuses on business objectives and encourages creativity.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • PMP certification is preferred but not required.
