Travel Nurse RN - Labor/Delivery in Show Low, AZ

**Must-Have:**
- Proficiency in fetal monitoring and action plans for fetal distress
- C-section experience
- Ability to care for patients with pre-eclampsia
- Experience with high-risk patients
- Strong assessment skills to handle OB emergencies
**Job Description:**
- Work in a unit with 7 Labor & Delivery beds, 2 Triage beds, and 10 Postpartum beds
- Participate in 1-3 births per day, totaling approximately 830 births per year
- Typical patient-to-nurse ratios of 1:2
- May float to Emergency Department or Medical-Surgical units if experienced
- Provide couplet care as needed, especially when census is low
- Collaborate with support staff including OB scrub tech, Patient Care Technician, Health Unit Secretary
- Respiratory Therapist available in the unit 24/7
- Nurse manager available to assist with patient care when necessary
- 24/7 pharmacy support onsite
- Participate in a call schedule of one shift per 4-week schedule
- Weekend requirement of 3 shifts per 4-week schedule
