This role will also provide analytical support to the VP Sales and the sales management to assist in driving productivity and resource deployment within the US marketESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.Responsibilities:Utilize strengths in SQL, Oracle and Excel to extract, transform and report on multiple data sources providing business intelligence and leading indicators that can be actioned by the fieldDevelop and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com and SF Analytics that can be used by the field to track their own businessIntegrate and interpret external data e.g. IMS, for deeper analytical insightsPerform analytics on complex deal structures and proposals for regional hospitalsReview channel performance and channel design options to maximize ROIEnsure the accuracy and quality of all sales reports and automate the processing of the reportsLiaise with IS team to develop new tools and data access for business management.Demonstrated ability to work independently, organize and prioritize work, understanding when urgency is required in a high-pressure, deadline-oriented environment.Requirements:Bachelor's degree with at least three years Business Analysis experienceExperience with ERP systems: Oracle preferredAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel requiredExperience with SQL, Tableau, Salesforce.com and SF Analytics preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
