The Facilities Director will be responsible for managing the ongoing and preventative maintenance programs of the Hotel Clermont. The Facilities Director oversees works alongside security and maintenance staff to ensure the building is safe and secure, as well as functioning to its highest ability. This manager has an attention to detail and oversees all aspects of the building's functions. Duties include running routine safety inspections, corresponding with contractors, planning maintenance work, maintaining records, and supervising facilities staff. Our ideal candidate is well-versed in facilities management processes and exhibits high multitasking and organizational abilities.
Compensation:$70,000 - $95,000
Responsibilities:- Delegate maintenance responsibilities to the team
- Maintain equipment
- Organize and plan property improvements
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors
- Keep building up to code with current safety requirements and keep track of current license and inspection timelines
- Mechanical and plumbing skills
- Knowledge of commercial VRF HVAC system
- Ability to do labor-intensive tasks
- Attention to detail
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
