About this exciting role:
This role presents a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader to embark on an exciting journey to help our ambitious growth plans for Western Australia. As our Regional Sales Manager , reporting to the General Manager – WA and responsible for the WA Sales Team, you will build strong relationships in the region and ensure growth in market share.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, mentoring and developing the WA Sales Team and providing guidance to ensure our sales targets are achieved.
  • Strengthening sales with deep customer insights and expert knowledge of how our solutions meet customer needs.
  • Setting weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals through dynamic sales and marketing strategies while keeping a sharp eye on competitors.
  • Building strong relationships with our dealerships and customers to ensure growth in market share.
  • Working with the General Manager – WA and Marketing Team on local marketing initiatives.
  • Ensuring that our existing dealers and customers are well communicated with and enjoy a strong level of trust with regard to the sale and support for their products.
  • Collaborating with support functions to ensure continuous improvement of a positive team culture & morale.

About you:

  • You are an experienced sales leader with proven experience in driving a good culture and inspiring people to achieve.
  • With a proven background of successful sales in a similar role and industry, you know how to get results.
  • You are a great negotiator, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication delivered with professionalism.
  • With a strong affinity with farming, agriculture and those that work the land, you are passionate about gearing up farmers to succeed.
