Job Requirements / Description

Job Description

  1. Review of submissions to the Company Ethicspoint hotline, routing submissions to the proper internal constituents, working to update responsive information, and working to complete/closeout a report.

  2. Monthly auditing of E-verify reports for new hires.

  3. Monthly or bi-monthly (as necessary) auditing of team member files in the Dynafile (or successor) system.

  4. Completion of team member onboarding audits.

  5. Maintenance of Chicago office team member files in Dynafile (or successor) system.

  6. Monitoring and routing human resource and compliance-related mail received.

  7. Communicating internally and with third-party vendors, including the Company’s background screening vendor, regarding acquisition of new communities and management terminations at communities.

  8. Creating, uploading documentation, and managing documentation through PolicyTech.

  9. Communicating internally and with third-party vendors, including the Company’s background screening vendor, regarding new hires and terminations.

  10. Working with Company communities to coordinate file shipment and storage and maintenance of the document destruction process.

  11. Communicating with the Company’s unemployment provider regarding claims, details, and location updates.

  12. Assisting with processing and monitoring human resource and compliance vendor invoices.

  13. Assisting with workflow related to acquisition or dispossession of communities.

  14. Providing administrative support and assistance to other departments in connection with human resource and compliance items as necessary.

  15. Supporting defense efforts through coordination of documentation and information in connection with legal claims brought against the Company.

  16. Collaborating with various internal disciplines to help ensure consistent communication of policies to employees.

  17. Identifying and clarifying issues while working collaboratively with employees to achieve prompt resolution.

  18. Performing other duties as assigned.

  19. Providing timely responses in a professional manner while resolving core issues.

  20. Ability to work in conjunction with additional corporate teams to support user base.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work-related experience.
  2. Two years of experience in Human Resources or Compliance related fields.
  3. Articulate communicator with excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  4. Proficient in systems such as Microsoft Office, PolicyTech, Dynafile, and E-verify.
  5. Ability to communicate effectively.
  6. Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and effectively.
  7. Excellent organizational skills.
