The Revenue Operations Business Partner plays a critical role in coordinating with Senior Commercial Leaders in North America to accomplish their objectives while partnering with cross-functional teams to support the execution of the strategy. This individual will be in charge of providing rigor and structure around the operational cadences across the go-to-market motion, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across the commercial motion (e.g. Marketing, HR, Business Ops, and others), and leveraging data to drive insights that will help sales leaders better operate their business.


This individual will sit in our Business Operations function and have the support of various operational teams to apply our sales strategy and execute. However, this role will partner day-to-day with our EVP, North American Sales as strategic and operational support.


What You Will Be Doing


  1. Drive operational business reviews with the General Manager of North America to provide insights on the health of the business.
  2. Proactively review business metrics to identify insights that need action and provide recommendations to leadership; for example, identify a gap in the pipeline in three quarters and recommend a demand generation campaign.
  3. Act as a trusted advisor and first point of contact for the North American Sales Leadership team for Sales and Customer Success.
  4. Manage operational activities to apply the go-to-market strategy for the North American sales team; territory carving, quota setting, account assignment.
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally to support the operationalization of programs to support the commercial motion, including Demand Generation Councils, HR business reviews, etc.
  6. Drive the adoption and enforce governance around sales processes, cadences, and tools with the sales leaders and individual contributors; identify simplification of processes and tools.
  7. Partner with the North American Leadership team (EVP and VPs) to identify training needs and coordinate with the Business Operations training team to execute.
  8. Coordinate within Business Operations functions (Deal Desk, Training, Tech & Process, etc.) to provide feedback and requirements that will support the needs of the North American Commercial team.
  9. Drive accountability of forecasting accuracy and opportunity hygiene with the North American Leadership team.

What We Will Require Of You


  1. Experience supporting VP-level leadership or General Managers with a proven ability to build and manage relationships.
  2. Ability to drive accountability of Senior Leaders (both in Sales and Customer Success) in operational activities.
  3. Data-driven mentality with strong analytical skills to collect, aggregate, review data, and identify trends.
  4. Ability to drive urgency to execute against business-critical programs.
  5. Proven knowledge of sales processes, best practices, and industry trends.
  6. Problem solver, analytical, and organized thinker.
  7. Ability to pivot and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
  8. Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
  9. Strong critical thinking and project management skills with experience owning complex projects from start to finish.
  10. Excellent organization and time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projects.
  11. Expertise in proactively identifying business needs and opportunities that add value.

What We Will Love About You


  1. Bachelor’s Degree, MBA is a plus.
  2. Experience with building data visualizations and data analytics skills preferred (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau).
  3. Experience with Salesforce and Clari, a plus.

$129,000 - $193,600 a year
Base pay will depend on the position, individual qualifications, market, and other operational business needs.
