What you’ll be doing at Autism Care Partners:

  • Collaborating with hiring managers to identify and develop a diverse talent pipeline aligned with the ACP mission, vision, values, and workplace culture.
  • Full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, developing, and negotiating offers, up to obtaining HR clearance) of all potential candidates.
  • Collaboration with People Operations to ensure candidates have a positive experience through the recruiting/onboarding process.
  • Understanding ACP's business, brand, and culture to create a best-in-class and inclusive candidate experience.
  • Experience successfully recruiting for early intervention professionals in New York.
  • Developing and executing a sourcing strategy using a combination of talent branding, external search, postings, direct sourcing, social media, internal talent mining, identifying new talent pools, and other relevant methods.
  • Managing candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Establishing recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
  • Building applicant sources by researching and contacting community services and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport.
  • Promoting ACP's open positions, mission, and company culture.
  • Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements on the company website and other job sites.
  • Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required.
  • New York Early Intervention Recruiting Experience Preferred.
  • New York Early Intervention Experience Required.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with New York Early Intervention experience and/or New York Early Intervention Recruiting experience and/or 1 - 2 years high volume recruiting experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in a competitive talent market with a strong focus on diversity and expertise in sourcing techniques in social media, direct recruiting, and other recruiting strategies.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to track multiple projects/tasks, and follow through as needed.
  • Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively as part of a team member as well as perform independently.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, able to prioritize multiple issues.
  • Must be detail-oriented; able to work independently in an ever-changing environment.
  • Experience with HRIS/ATS; Paylocity (preferred).
  • Solid negotiation skills.
