Job Purpose: This position is intended to promote the sale of Synapse Cardiovascular and services nationally in collaboration with all FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation (HCUS) sales teams in order to maximize sales volume and Company profitability.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Bookings and Revenue:
    • Meets and exceeds quarterly bookings and revenue objectives by implementing and executing effective sales strategies.
    • Works in collaboration across HCUS product and service teams with emphasis on solution selling.
    • Develops effective business partnerships with various teams to enhance abilities to drive results.
    • Collaborates and drives sales strategies to increase market share.
    • Complies with established policies and procedures.
    • Creates and analyzes sales proposals and site configurations.
    • Develops and drives accurate bookings and revenue forecasts.
  2. Cross Functional Team Collaboration:
    • Communicates sales messaging and ensures all team members are knowledgeable.
    • Works as a liaison between various departments.
    • Maintains effective communications within and between cross-functional departments.
    • Participates in training efforts with cross-functional teams.
  3. Personnel Development and Support:
    • Works with Sales Management to evaluate sales teams and strategies.
    • Reports on the skill set and effectiveness of sales team members.
    • Drives continued development of sales strategies and skills.
    • Keeps self-proficient and up-to-date on products and services.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Medical Informatics Sales.
  • Proven track record of sales overachievement.
  • BA/BS/MA preferred.

Special Skills:

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SalesForce.com.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, use hands for manipulation, stand, talk, and hear for applicable work time.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.

Travel: Occasional (up to 50%) travel may be required based on business need.
